Due to the customised nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we are unable to deliver or you recieve a wrong or faulty item.

In this case please contact us and send us photographic evidence of the issue within 7 days or recieving your order.

Ship the items back to us within 14 days of recieving our written consent.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs

If the items are returned not in their original condition you are responsible for any loss in value.
